Robert Slaman


Mr. Slaman founded ORMC in 1990 and brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a vast knowledge in all areas of operations. and physical management

Robs upbeat and hands-on management style leads resorts down a road to success. Rob is undoubtedly a people-person who forms strong bonds and relationships in every area of commitment. Prior to ORMC, Rob held several positions in accounting and feasibility. These roles focused on capital oversight for communities and led him to becoming president in 1988. Rob has experience in land development, establishing communities such as Northshore, located in St. Cloud, Florida. With his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to the community.

  • B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University

  • CAM License


Kristin Slaman


Ms. Slaman joined Osceola Resort Management Company in 2015 and was promoted to Controller in January 2018.

Prior to ORMC, Kristin gained experience as an Operations Manager at Gaylord Palms, Marriott International, and worked at Emerald Grande, Wyndham, in resort operations.


Since then, she has been responsible for revenue strategies, achieving high collection goals, training, and development, and assisting in sales.

  • B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida State University

Denise Haseley

Office Manager

Mrs. Haseley joined Osceola Resort Management Company in 1997 as an Office Manager and is the first point of contact at the corporate office.

Prior to ORMC, Denise held several leadership positions with Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, with titles such as Accounts Payable, Executive Secretary and Housekeeping Supervisor.

Tamara Henderson

Voyager Beach Club General Manager

Tamara’s strong work experience began with 7 years in the US Army as an Inventory Control Specialist.

She later opened up her own successful business, a Tavern located in Indianapolis, Indiana. With her love for hospitality and attention to detail, Tamara’s Cleaning Business, Cleaningmaidez, was created. She furthered her Hospitality experience in Florida with vital roles such as Head Housekeeper Manager and Front Office Manager. As a proven leader, Tamara joined Voyager Beach Club in 2015 as the General Manager where she has continued to bring great success to the resort. Tamara effectively oversees daily operations and has exceeded expectations for improving the property. Her ability to understand and translate owner needs into project enhancements sets her apart as a great problem solver and outstanding General Manager. Her loyalty and extensive knowledge is the reason for Voyager Beach Club’s success and a place generations after generations continue to flock to.

Michelle Dalomba

Club Sevilla General Manager

Mrs. Dalomba Joined Osceola Resort Management Company as Club Sevilla’s General Manager in 2008.

Michelle gained experience prior to working at ORMC as a Reservations Agent, Rooms Revenue Manager, and Front Desk Supervisor at brands such as Hilton Grand Vacations Club, IPG Vacations Homes, and Homes 4 UU. Michelle is a thoughtful leader and a confident decision maker, helping our staff develop and be productive, and ensuring our profits are on the rise. She plays a key role in Club Sevilla’s achievements and establishing and maintaining Club Sevilla’s home away from home atmosphere.

Mark Lisby

Lighthouse Cove General Manager

Mr. Lisby joined Osceola Resort Management Company in 1994 as Lighthouse Cove’s General Manager.

Prior to ORMC, Mark gained experience at Westgate in 1990, serving as a Resident Manager and Assistant General Manager. He also played vital rolls with titles such as Vice President of Operations and Vacation Consultant for large brands such as Marriott. Mark has a wealth of knowledge and is an executive leader who empowers others to succeed. He has been involved in all aspects of Lighthouse Cove’s success, such as business strategy, improving operations, designing rooms and common elements, engineering, and human resource management.

  • Management Skills Program at Valencia Community College

Thuy Nguyen

Senior Accountant

Mrs. Nguyen joined Osceola Resort Management Company in 1997 as an accountant and promoted to senior accountant in 2018.

Prior to ORMC, Thuy held a variety of key financial positions at large companies such as GE Capital Insurance Services and General Mills Corporation.

Julie Chau Yu

Senior Accountant and HR Specialist

Mrs. Chau Yu joined Osceola Resort Management Company in 1996 as an Accountant and HR Specialist.

Prior to ORMC, Julie served in accounting roles at 1st Florida Bank. Julie continued her accounting experience at G.E. as an Account Analyst. Julie was promoted to her current position as Senior Accountant in 2018, with additional responsibility for Human Resources and payroll.
