At Osceola Resort Management Company we feel that it is our responsibility to provide the Board of Directors and the Association with detailed accounting of all transactions.   Under the management of ORMC each Board Member receive monthly, a complete financial information package.  This package includes collection analysis, cash flow reports, detailed check registers, bank activity summaries, detailed expense reports, full accrual financial statements including comparative balance sheets and operating income statements.

We work very closely with the Board of Directors of each Association we manage to ensure that you understand your Association's financial position at all times.   ORMC's principals feel that it is imperative that the Board or Directors are fully informed on the financial and operating status of their Association.  Working together, the Board of Directors and Management Company can address all areas of concern and work towards implementing an overall operational plan that establishes high standards and protects the investment made by all members of the Association.
